Using the DriveQuad website means agreeing to the terms set out on this page. They apply to every visitor, whether an account is created or not, and they cover browsing, form submissions, account signup and any communication that follows. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the site.

Access is intended for individuals aged eighteen or older who are legally able to enter an insurance arrangement. Submitting a request confirms that this condition is met.

This site publishes auto insurance information and helps drivers compare coverage options against how a vehicle is actually used. Nothing published here is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee that any particular policy or price will be available.

Coverage is issued only by a licensed insurance carrier under a policy document signed and accepted by that carrier. Where any difference exists between information shown here and the wording of an issued policy, the policy wording governs.

Some features require an account. Anyone creating one agrees to the following conditions.

• Details entered at signup are accurate and kept up to date
• Login credentials are kept private and are not shared with others
• Activity carried out under an account is the responsibility of the account holder
• Suspected unauthorised access is reported promptly using the contact details below

An account may be suspended or closed where these terms are breached, where information supplied proves false, or where activity appears fraudulent or abusive.

Quote comparisons depend entirely on the details supplied. Vehicle information, annual mileage, parking arrangements, driving records and household drivers all shape the figures returned.

Incomplete or inaccurate details produce comparisons that will not hold once a carrier verifies them, and a carrier may adjust or decline coverage on that basis. Keeping submitted details truthful and current is the responsibility of the person supplying them.

The site is provided for personal, lawful use. The following are not permitted.

• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempting to gain access to accounts, systems or data belonging to others
• Using automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site
• Reproducing published content for commercial use without written permission
• Using the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation

Consent given at signup determines which messages are sent. Service messages relate to a submitted request and cover items such as quote confirmations, coverage alerts and renewal reminders. Promotional messages cover plans, comparisons and offers, and are consented to separately.

Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates set by the mobile carrier may apply. Replying STOP ends further messages of that type and replying HELP returns assistance information. No consent given here creates an obligation to purchase any policy.

Text, layout, graphics, logos and code published on this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain owned by DriveQuad or its licensors. Content may be viewed and printed for personal reference only.

Copying, republishing, redistributing or adapting any part of the site for other purposes requires written permission in advance.

Links to insurance carriers, regulators and other independent resources are provided for convenience. Those destinations are controlled by other businesses and no responsibility is accepted for their content, availability, pricing or practices.

Any arrangement entered into with a third party reached through this site sits between that party and the individual concerned, and is governed by that party's own terms.

The site and everything published on it are provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No promise is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

Information published here is general in nature and is not legal, financial or professional advice. Decisions about coverage should be made against the actual policy documentation supplied by a licensed carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of this site, including loss of data, loss of opportunity or any denied or reduced insurance claim.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the minimum extent that law allows.

Anyone using this site agrees to hold DriveQuad harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of a breach of these terms, a violation of applicable law, or information submitted that proves to be false or misleading.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this site is resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Arbitration is conducted by a recognised arbitration body under its applicable consumer rules, on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a matter falls outside the arbitration section above, it is subject to the courts serving that state.

These terms are revised as services, practices or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above marks the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision is published counts as acceptance of the updated terms, so a periodic check of this page is worth making.
